Technical Requirements

All images must comply with the technical specifications below.
Non-compliant works may be excluded from the selection process.

Number of Works

Each participant may submit a maximum of five (5) images.

Works may be entered in one or more of the competition categories.

File Format

Images must be submitted in:

• JPEG format (.jpg)
• sRGB colour space
• High quality

Dimensions and File Size

Recommended minimum long edge: 3000 pixels

Maximum file size: as specified in the upload form.

File Naming

Each file must be named according to the following format:

Surname_Name_TitleOfWork.jpg

Example:
Rossi_Mario_LightOfMalt.jpg

Special characters or symbols are not permitted.

Authenticity and Compliance

Submitted works must be:

• Original and under the author’s exclusive ownership
• Consistent with the theme of the competition
• Not created on commission for advertising or promotional purposes
• Not subject to active commercial exploitation
• Free of signatures, watermarks or identifying elements
• Not generated, even partially, using artificial intelligence systems

The organisation reserves the right to request original files or additional information to verify authenticity.

Date of Creation

Works must have been created no earlier than 1 January 2024.

Administrative Note

The email address used to upload the images must correspond to the one provided during registration.

Submissions made using different email addresses may not be considered.

Deadline

Images must be submitted no later than 15 January 2027 at 12:00 (CET).
